EASE ON DOWN (2017)
Sometimes you move towards a new venture.
There's joy and rhythm in the journey,
syncopation and swing in your step.
Yet when you finally get to the final stretch,
You realise that each step may have been futile.
The Motion Dance Collective presents a short percussed screendance, combining jazz, body percussion and dance to create a film that poses a question about migration and acceptance.
