The Motion Dance Collective's workshops have a focus on the development of practical explorations that are catered for both studying and professional filmmakers, dance makers and other moving image practitioners who have an interest in working with dance for the camera. The main emphasis of each individual workshop is to illustrate a new framework in the working processes of both dance and film art forms; breaking down the languages within both art forms in order to find a common one.
